MRS. TOODLES WALL POCKET by ESD. This has a pink bow with polka and a blue bow with flowers in her hair. This reminds me of a Maltese. The number EY22210 and ESD mark are on the back. This appears to be in very good condition as I can find no chips, cracks or crazing but there is one pin head size glaze flake on the back side edge of one of the tips of hair on the left side of her face.
